Left Hemisphere: With all due respect your honour, the decision was a sound one. Doing the presentation next week gets it out of the way so we won't be worrying about it for weeks to come. It also means we get to work with Karoline, who we like. Plus the subject matter is about people rather than economic history, which is far more interesting to us as a whole. Furthermore, you cannot deny that we were intrigued by the article on the reading list about homosexuality and male friendships. Overall there is no good reason why volunteering for this was a bad thing. It's not like we wouldn't have had to do a presentation eventually.
High Judge of My Brain: Very well. Right Hemisphere, do you have anything to say?
Right Hemisphere: YOU VOLUNTEERED US TO GIVE A PRESENTATION IN FRONT OF PEOPLE!!! WE HAVE TO TALK OUT LOUD!!
High Judge of My Brain: Right, I'm outta here. Good luck guys.
Right Hemisphere: Oh no, I'm coming with you. This is not my mess.
Left Hemisphere: Hey, I'm not doing this by myself.
Me: *Is zombie*
