Internet Goodness Vs Unemployed Poorness

Hmm... £75 for a permanent Livejournal... Should I or shouldn't I?

It really all depends on if I think I'm going to continue using LJ for the next five years to make it worth it.

On the one hand, I could buy a lot of DVDs for that. On the other, I have previously spent more money on dresses I never wear and at least I know I use LJ a lot.

Only a few days to decide...

tempting isn't it?
I know though, as soon as I get it... I'll lose interest completely. [rolls eyes] ain't it the way!

That is a worry.

There really isn't much point. You can keep going for five plus years on a free account. The only thing a permanent one gives you is extra customisability, not restristing your right to blog.

Well I already pay $35 a year for my journal, which is where I got the five years from since I'd still be able to buy four more years with the same amount of money.

To be honest, it's mostly about the userpics. I have a bit of a userpic addiction.

Evidently. I've browsed through your userpics on more than one occasion before - it took me a couple of hours each time.

Why don't you just revert to a free account and buy yourself more userpics?

Because you need to have a paid account in order to buy more userpics.
