On the road again

No, I haven't forgotten about my promise to tell you all about Canada, but before that I just wanted to share my latest achievement:

I had a driving lesson today, my first in five weeks, and I didn't stall at all! Yay! I'm still rubbish at driving, but now I'm slightly less rubbish. =D

Also, while I was driving by Frensham Pond, a fox ran out in front of me, fortunately he made it safely to the other side of the road. And to the man who opened his car door wide just as I was approaching, on a busy road where the cars were parked on the road itself so there wasn't much room to manoeuvre, you suck.

(PS, yes 'manoeuvre' is spelt correctly...even though it does look very weird)

[hugs] Yay! I too had a driving lesson today and didn't stall! Today we must have been lucky! [grins] Welcome back, I missed you even though we've never really met!

Woo! Go us!

You know, we really should meet up in real life. It shouldn't be too difficult to do....

And what do you drive, oh anonymous one?

I'm thinking about switching to an automatic. I have to pass in a manual if I want to drive a manual in the future, but at the moment I can't see ever wanting to!
